Dale
came to DPFBC in November of 2001 from Northern Virginia to serve as Senior Pastor. He has been in the ministry for 23 years. Dale graduated from East Texas Baptist University in 1984 and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1988 and 2004. Dale and his wife Jennifer have been married for 23 years and they have two daughters, Christen (16) and Caitlyn (12). He loves cycling, snow skiing, hunting and fishing. Dale's favorite Bible verse is Exodus 19:4.

Steve came to DPFBC in January of 2003 from St. Louis to serve as Associate Pastor. He has been in ministry for 29 years. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1978 and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1983. Steve has been married to his wife Lynn for 360 months (that equates to 30 years) and they have three children: Stephen (22), Joshua (20) and Sarah (17). He likes cycling, photography, hiking and camping. He also loves missions and has a heart for Russia. Steve's favorite Bible verse is Psalms 1...the whole chapter.

Josh came to DPFBC in May of 2006 to serve as Student Minister. He attended William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Josh and his wife Stephanie have been married since July 2004 and they have one daughter, Abigail Reigh (2). Josh loves watching Smallville and playing golf. His favorite Bible verse is Psalms 67.
