At DPFBC we believe music is a powerful tool that can be used to share the "good news" of Jesus in a creative and exciting way. The Music Ministry here at DPFBC is an exciting experience. Through the use of choral and instrumental music we worship our Lord. We celebrate Him; we sound His praises. Adult choir and instrumental groups work together to enhance the weekly encounters with our God.

Weekly Rehearsal Schedule
Wednesday
7:45-8:30 Praise Choir

Praise Band - The DPFBC Band provides the instrumental portion of the music enjoyed at services, special events and programs. This is an auditioned group of musicians committed to glorifying our Lord through song.

Praise Choir (Adults & Students) - Participants provide vocal music during the Late Worship Service and at selected events. No audition necessary

Praise Team - Provides an opportunity for those with vocal talents to use their gift in worship. This is an auditioned group that provides solo and ensemble singing in all of DPFBC worship services and special events.

CIA Children's Choir - For children grades 1-5. Join us as we prepare songs to sing in our worship services and prepare for a spring musical. We will also learn general music and worship concepts.

Audio/Video Ministry - Volunteers assist in the organization and duplication of audio and videotapes.

Multi-Media Ministry - This ministry provides lights, sound and technical support for musical performances, worship services and other church related meetings and activities. Volunteers set up and operate sound, video, lights and other equipment for most events at DPFBC. Volunteers can also assist in preparing and operating power point presentations of slides and music during the worship services at DPFBC.

Greeter/Usher Ministry - Volunteers organize the Coffee Connection, which is set up every Sunday morning for all those attending church to enjoy a time of fellowship. Starbucks coffee is served along with Shipley's donuts.
